Project Launching Event: DRI to implement two new projects under LMC

Launching ceremony of the two Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Special Fund Projects for 2024 took place in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday.

Union Minister for Science and Technology Dr Myo Thein Kyaw attended the ceremony and made a speech, pledging to make efforts for successful implementation of the projects. The Department of Research and Innovative under the Ministry of Science and Technology has proposed these two projects: “Establishment of the Bamboo Innovative Products Training Center for Promoting the Development of the Bamboo Industry (Phase I)” and “Enhancement of ICT Collaborative Innovations for Providing Digital Economy Project”.

The projects will be carried out with the budget allotment of Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Special Fund Projects for 2024.
