Products on Sales: Preparations at Wunna Theikdi and Transit Camp

Union Minister for Industry Dr. Charlie Than in his capacity as Vice Chairman of the Work Committee on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises on Thursday inspected the preparation for sales of MSME products at the 5th National Sports Festival which will be held at Wunna Theikdi Stadium in Zabuthiri Township of Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory.

At No.3 Transit Camp (Ywa Taw), Pobbathiri Township, the Union Minister oversaw the displacement of MSME products. There, the Union Minister stressed the needs to attract customers with systematic packaging, ensuring the quality of products.

He also stressed the arrangements for constant supply of products during the festival, providing their utmost customer services. Collaborating with the related organizations, the Ministry of Industry is implementing for the development of MSME sector by assisting technologies, human resources, loan disbursement and market penetration.

The Union Minister instructed the needs on conducting of market research continuously and arrangement for boosting production to meet the market demand. A total of 74 booths have been set up at Wunna Theikdi stadium and No.3 Transit Camp (Ywa Taw), displaying more than 450 items of MSME products from Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory.
