







The prize presenting ceremony for the 2024 Fifth National Sports Festival at the ministerial level, as well as competitions at the Region and State levels, took place at various sports fields and stadiums in Nay Pyi Taw on 11th December.
Members of the State Administration Council attended, showing support and presenting awards. The 2024 Fifth National Sports Festival's ministerial-level golf competition award presenting ceremony was held at Nay Pyi Taw Golf Course. During the event, the Chairman of the Myanmar Golf Federation, U Ko Ko Aye awarded the prize of honor and the National Sports Festival Mascot to U Myo Lin Oo from the Ministry of Communications and Transport who received the Hole in One Prize.
Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister U Win Shain, State Administration Council Members General Nyo Saw, and Lt-Gen Yar Pyae presented awards and National Sports Festival Mascot to the winning teams and individuals. Similarly, the award ceremony for the Region and State level futsal competitions was held at the Futsal Stadium in Wunna Thedi.
Members of the State Administration Council, Daw Dwe Bu, Union Ministers U Myint Naung, U Min Thein Zan, Jeng Phang Naw Taung, and Deputy Ministers, presented medals and commemorative statues to the top three winning teams and participants. The judo competition and award ceremony for Region and State level were held at the Wunna Theiddhi Sports Hall (C), where State Administration Council members Daw Dwe Bu, U Shwe Kyim, U Yan Kyaw, Union Minister and Union Attorney General Dr. Thida Oo, U Min Thein Zan, and Deputy Ministers awarded medals and Sports Festival Mascot to the winning teams and individual athletes.
The Region and State level Myanmar Thaing competition award presenting ceremony took place at the Shwe Kya Pin Sports Ground, attended by State Administration Council member Khun San Lwin, Union Ministers U Myint Kyaing, U Tun Ohn, Deputy Ministers, and Region and State social affairs ministers.
They honored the winning teams and individual participants with medals and Sports Festival Mascot. The award ceremony for the Region and State level U-21 athletics competitions was held at the Wunna Theiddhi Football gound. Union Minister U Nyan Tun, U Min Thein Zan, Deputy Ministers, and relevant officials awarded medals and Sports Festival Mascot to the top winners in both team and individual categories.
