Prince William toured a seven-acre urban green space in Cornwall, Thursday, during his first visit to the county since taking on the title of Duke of Cornwall.

As he was shown around Newquay Orchard, the royal chatted with a group of home-educated children about what they learn about the outdoors at the site, and admired pictures they had made. He also visited the community allotment facilities - refusing the offer of a white radish to take away with him - and posing for selfies with staff and volunteers.

The heir to the British throne also discussed his recent meals for a diet graph, admitting to a love of chocolate brownies - later accepting a boxed one as a gift.
