Prince Harry's book goes on sale in London

Prince Harry's controversial memoir “Spare” went on sale at bookstores in London on Tuesday. At one of the city's central bookshops, one person waited for two hours outside the store to buy a copy of the highly anticipated memoir for 17 USD, at half price.

"Spare" exposes deeply personal details about Harry and the wider royal family. It is dominated by Harry's rivalry with his brother Prince William and the death of the boys' mother, Princess Diana in 1997. “Spare” is the latest in a string of public pronouncements by Prince Harry and his wife Meghan since they left royal life and moved to California in 2020.
