Preserving cultural heritage: MoEP UM attended the Ministry’s Htamane festival

With the aim of preserving traditional cultural heritage, fostering unity and collaboration among staff members, and encouraging mutual support, the Ministry of Electric Power organized a staff family Htamane-Making competition on the evening of February 11, at the parking area of the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw. 

The ceremony was attended by Union Minister for Electric Power U Nyan Tun, Deputy Minister U Aye Kyaw, directors-general, deputy directors-general, department heads, and staff members from the Union Minister's Office, departments, and affiliated organizations, who joyfully participated in the event.

Following the competition, the Union Minister, Deputy Minister, and officials awarded prizes to the teams that secured first, second, and third places, as well as consolation prizes, in the staff family Htamane competition.
