






A ceremony of presenting honorary awards and certificates to the artistes who participated in the 80th Anniversary Armed Forces Day commemorative film, “Thitsar Myo Sat” as well as the musicians and literati who have received the commemorative military songs, poems and novel awards was held at the Bayintnaung Villa in Nay Pyi Taw on 26th March.
The ceremony was attended by Chief of General Staff (Army, Navy, Air) General Kyaw Swar Linn, senior military officers, Commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command, officials and invited guests. First, the Chief of General Staff (Army, Navy, Air) delivered a speech.
This was followed by presenting of honorary cash rewards and certificates to Academy Conductor U Win Ko and Banyar Ye Yint who composed the Commemorative song for the Armed Forces Day. Then, the honorary awards and certificates were presented to the artistes and director of the film, “Thitsar Myo Sat”.
Next, the concerned officials presented honorary awards and certificates to the awardees of the 80th Anniversary Armed Forces Day commemorative songs, poem and novel competitions. After the ceremony, Chief of General Staff (Army, Navy, Air) General Kyaw Swar Lin hosted a tea party and cordially greeted the attendees.
