Preparations Measures: YAU to organize Centennial Celebration

On 6th of March, Deputy Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation Dr. Tin Htut, accompanied by concerned officials inspected the preparations for Centennial Celebration of the Yezin Agricultural University and construction progress of centennial building.

During the visit, the Deputy Minister overviewed the students taking the 2nd semester examinations.Afterwards, the Deputy Minister attended the pre-coordination meeting for suceesful holding of Yezin Agricultural University’s 100th Anniversary celebration.

During the meeting, the Rector and concerned officials presented reports on preparations underway for centennial celebration such as compilation of the histroy of the university, organizing exhibition and symposia, arrangements for entertaiment programs, discussions, sports competitions and model plantations. Then, the Deputy Minister coordinated requirements upon reports.
