Preparations for Matriculation Exams: Chief Minister oversees work undertakings in Rakhine State

Rakhine State Chief Minister U Htein Lin, together with officials, inspected preparation measures for matriculation exams at No.4 Basic Education High School in Sittwe on Saturday.

During the inspection, the Chief Minister met with the Exam Supervisors, Associate Supervisors, and teachers, urging all to make cooperative efforts in providing necessary administrative matters for the convenience of exam-taking students.

Due to various circumstances, students have to come to Sittwe to take the exams, and the Chief Minister pledged to provide assistance as much as possible. He provided 34.5 million kyats for the teachers who will be assigned during the exam periods.

Upon arrival at Sittwe University, the Chief Minister met with the Rector, Pro-Rector, and faculties, discussing cooperation during the exam period. Additionally, 5 million kyats in cash assistance were provided for the teachers. They then oversaw the arrangements of the classrooms for exams.
