Preparations for 8th Anniversary of NCA: Steering Committee holds 3rd coordination meeting

The Steering Committee for Organizing the 8th Anniversary of Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement held its 3rd work coordination meeting at the NationalReconciliation andPeace Centre in Nay Pyi Taw on Monday.
Chairman of the Steering Committee member of the State Administration Council Union Minister Lt-Gen Yar Pyae and the Committee members including deputy ministers of the ministries, permanent secretaries, Directors-General and officials attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the Committee Chairman Lt-Gen Yar Pyae stressed to systematically supervise their responsibilities by respective work committees for the 8th Anniversary of NCA, to coordinate for achieving the tasks and to save financial use. Later, member of National Solidarity and Peace-making Negotiate Committee (NSPNC) Col. Wunna Aung reported arrangements for holding the ceremony.
Deputy Ministers and permanent secretaries discussed measures being undertaken by respective work committees and attendees recommended the needs. Before concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Steering Committee Lt-Gen Yar Pyae gave necessary instructions on the reports.
