Preparation Measures: Tourist Information Counters inspected

Union Minister for Hotels and Tourism Dr Htay Aung on Thursday inspected tourist information counters opened by the ministry in the international and domestic arrival buildings at the Yangon International Airport.

The officials explained the opening of tourist information counters and preparations for the arrival of foreign tourists. The Union minister instructed to take special care to provide the necessary information to the tourists and provide good services as the international airlines will resume from 17 April.

Afterwards, the Union Minister cordially met responsible persons from the immigration counter, the Customs Department, and the Department of Public Health at the airport and urged them to work together to facilitate international tourists’ arrival.
