Preparation for Festival: MOEA prepares for Nay Pyi Taw Thingyan Festival

The Ministry of Ethnic Affairs is gearing up to take part in the 1385 Nay Pyi Taw Mayor Maha Thingyan Pandal and Nay Pyi Taw Splash Walk, alongside organizing its own pandal. Yein dance troupes have been diligently practicing for the festival, adding to the entertainment lineup.

On Thursday, Union Minister JengPhangNawTaung, accompanied by Deputy Minister U Zaw Aye Maung and other concerned officials, observed the rehearsal of the dance troupes. The Ministry plans to present the Yein dance with the accompaniment of the songs “Chan KhaikKhaik Tone,” “PyawThalar Hey,” and “HtawaraThitsar” during the festivities.
