Preparation For Election: Polling Materials Distributed In Pyigyitagun

The election and polling materials are distributed to the ward election sub-commission offices in PyigyiTagun Township for 2020 General Elections that will be held on 8th November, according to the township Election Sub-Commission.

Member, PyigyiTagun Township Election Sub-Commission, Myint Soe said “We are distributed the materials to be used in polling stations to the ward election sub-commission offices. Out of 18 wards, now, we have already distributed to 12 wards until Monday. We continue to offer the materials to the remaining wards. We will manage how to use these materials in the polling stations.”

There are 18 wards in PyigyiTagun Township and it is set to open 71 polling stations. There are a total of over 196,000 eligible voters in the township, according to the township Election Sub-Commission.
