Preparation for Election: Demonstration of Myanmar Electronic Voting Machine

Illustration and demonstration of Myanmar Electronic Voting Machine (MEVM) took place at the assembly hall of Myanmar War Veterans Organization (MWVO) headquarter on Friday. 

Lt-Gen Sein Win (Retired), President of MWVO was in attendance. During the event, member of Union Election Commission U Aung Lwin Oo explained about the purposes and benefits of using MEVM and officials made discussion on test voting process.

The demonstration and illustration event of MEVM was conducted with the aims to reliably operate on the use of machine by the voters, ensuring them to cast vote to their willing parties obviously and to educate voting process widely.
