Pre Thingyan reception: Families of MoC hosted pre water festival reception

The Ministry of Commerce families of personnel’s Pre Thingyan water festival reception was held at the precinct of the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw in the afternoon on 7th April with the attendance of Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations Dr. Kan Zaw, Union Minister for Labour Dr. Pwint Hsan, deputy ministers, Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar H.E. Mr. Chen Hai, Senior officials, invited guests and personnel of the ministry.

Next, the deputy minister U Nyunt Aung provided New Year cash assistance and the permanent secretary U Min Min accepted on behalf of the personnel.

Next, the Union Ministers, deputy ministers, ambassador, senior officials, invitedguests together with the personnel and families enjoyed the fun of water splashing and the attendees were hosted with the charity feasts.

During the entertainment programs, the Thingyan chorus dance troupes of the Ministry of Commerce and the troupes invited from the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations performed with Thingyan chorus dances and the Union Minister U Aung Naing Oo presented cash awards and the occasion was concluded by singing “Mann Taung Yeikkho” song in unison.
