Pre-Thingyan Festival: Celebration at MCRD

Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Hla Moe and wife participated in the Pre-Thingyan Water Festival held at the Ministry on Friday. The Union Minister said it is needed to take vaule for taking part in the Thingyan Water Festival which is held once a year.

He urged the staff to spend the Thingyan holidays efficiently by performing meritorious deeds. It was followed by performances of Thingyan songs and dances. The Union Minister and party later enjoyed the festival together witht he staff.
