Power Supply: Electricity transmission and SepakTakraw event

Union Minister for Electric Power U Nyan Tun visited the Electrical Engineer Office in Tatkone Township of Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory on Saturday.

Officials reported on power consumption and distribution in Tatkone and nearby villages, as well as ongoing work undertakings. The Union Minister instructed for systematic maintenance works for power transmission with full voltage.

Following this, they inspected the work operation in the office as well as cleaning and beautifying works in the office compound. The Union Minister and party also conducted an inspection of the 33/11 KV Ngwe Taung Power Sub-Station, which supplies electricity to Tatkone and nearby villages.

In the afternoon, the Union Minister enjoyed the final match of the Union Minister’s Cup SepakTakraw (Men) Competition at WunnaTheikdhi Stadium and presented medals and honorary cash awards to the winning teams.
