Power Supply: Distribution of electricity in Pobbathiri Township

On 27th July, the Union Minister for Electric Power U Nyan Tun together with the departmental officials visited Electronic Engineering office in Pobbathiri Township of Nay Pyi Taw Council Area.

In meeting with the staff, they heard reports on power distribution, electricity bill charging, providing necessary assistance to the public as well as the arrangements to reduce power loss.

Upon reports, the Union Minister urged to scrutinize the equipment of power lines and substations to ensure systematic distribution of electricity at full voltage. He also stressed to emphasize on stabilizing power system, sustainable power distribution as well as the reduction of power loss.

Next, the Union Minister inspected the operation of the office and staff housings. Then, the Union Minister visited 33/11 KV substations in Pobbathiri Township and inspected the power distribution condition.
