Pope Francis visits Budapest basilica

Pope Francis visited St. Stephan’s Cathedral in Budapest Friday as he began a three-day visit to Hungary. As part of the day's events he viewed the city's skyline accompanied by the country's Prime Minister Victor Orban and Hungarian President Katalin Novak.

The pontiff will meet with children with disabilities, refugees, and members of Hungary's scientific and cultural sectors during his visit and also he will preside over a Sunday mass in central Budapest.
