Polish PM Tusk delighted by "a Christmas present in the form of 5 billion euros"

Newly-elected Polish Prime Minister, Donald Tusk, met the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen in Brussels.

Poland announces that it has been granted a release of funds from the recovery plan. "This will be a Christmas present in the form of 5 billion euros," says Tusk.
