Poland trains civilians on crisis response with Russian aggression in mind

A military programme to train citizens how to respond in crisis situations has begun in Poland. The programme kicked off on Saturday. The government has made a nationwide call for participation in the plan. On Saturday, about 60 people gathered at a military base in the suburbs of the capital Warsaw.

Under the guidance of military personnel, the volunteers conducted exercises involving firefighting, medical techniques and other emergency responses.
