PMI to Deliver Medical Assistance to Gaza

Secretary General of the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) said on Sunday, PMI in collaboration with the ministry of foreign affairs will deliver the assistance medical equipment worth 2.9 billion rupiah for people in Gaza, from Halim Perdanakusuma airport in Jakarta on October 31.

In the first phase, there are 10 types of medical facilities that will be delivered. Secretary General of PMI expressed hope that the aid delivery will proceed smoothly without any disturbances. In addition, PMI will also deliver water purification equipment with drinking water production capacity of 1,500-2,000 liter per hour.
