Plenary Meeting of GlobE Network: Myanmar delegation led by Chair of ACC attended

An opening ceremony of the 5th Plenary Meeting of the Global Operational Network of Anti- Corruption Law Enforcement Authorities (GlobE Network) took place in Beijing, People’s Republic of China on Tuesday.

Myanmar delegation led by Chairman of Anti- Corruption Commission U Sit Aye attended the forum via online. The ceremony was opened after extended greeting by the Director John Brandolino from Division for Treaty Affairs and Executive Director GhadaWaly of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.

Then, the “Together Against Cross-Border Corruption” video clip was screened.According to the agenda, attendees made discussions regarding with the global vision upon corruption and strengthening of the legal framework on anti-corruption. The Forum is scheduled to be held from 24th to 27th of September.
