Pilgrim Tour: Visiting to the World’s Tallest Marble Buddha Image

Representatives from Associations of Interfaith Friendship (Central), Christian, Islam and Hinduism visited Maravijaya Buddha Park, where the world’s tallest sitting Marble Buddha Image located, in Dekkhinathiri Township of Nay Pyi Taw on 12th of April.
After being explained on the construction processes of the Buddha Image through a video presentation, they observed the miniature model of the Buddha Park, and display of precious items and documentary photos in Archived Room.
They also took a tour of the Buddha Park, exploring various attractions including the Repository, AggadipatiSasanaBeikmandawgyi, the Stone Inscription Ceties, Musalindalake and other religious edifices, making cash donation for all round renovation works of Maravijaya Buddha Image.
Similarly, the pilgrims from around the country also paid homage to the Maravijaya Buddha Image.
