Peruvian archaeologists unveiled a 12-million-year-old porpoise fossil, a species of marine dolphin, discovered in the south of the country on Wednesday. Measuring three and a half meters, the petrified skeleton was found in almost perfect condition during an excavation in the Ocucaje desert, some 350 km south of Lima.
