Peru restricts travel for some unvaccinated

Peru started restricting bus traveling to people over 45 who have not been vaccinated on Monday. that is the first measure of its kind in the country.

Tatiana Rosales, manager of CIVA buses, embraced the measure as one that could protect workers and passengers alike. However, the manager for the Bus Transportation Union in Peru, Martin Ojeda, said the sector has been subject to rules which do not include air transportation. Peru is about to introduce new restrictions to those without a vaccination card, including limiting access to closed spaces and using public transportation, starting on December 15th. Peru has vaccinated 58 percent of its population.
