Performing Arts Competition: SAC Chairman supports Theatrical Drama Contest

The Maha Janaka Theatrical Drama contest of the 25th Silver Jubilee Myanmar Traditional Cultural Performing Arts Competition took place at the Open Theater of Nay Pyi Taw City Development Committee on Wednesday.

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla enjoyed the event, together with member of the State Administration Council General Maung Maung Aye and wife, the Union Ministers and their wives, Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman and officials.

The SAC Chairman and wife and party enjoyed the performance of Maha Janaka Story, by Min Naung Soe Theatrical Drama Troupe, representing Mon State. The Theatrical Drama Troupes representing Ayeyawady Region and Magway Region have competed on the October 14th and 15th respectively.

From October 17th to 20th, the teams representing Mandalay, Yangon, Bago and Sagaing Regions are scheduled to compete as per the designated dates.
