People in Gaza will die of hunger if food deliveries do not resume

The head of an aid group in the Gaza Strip has warned that people in the enclave will die of hunger, if food is not permitted to be delivered to the territory again. Israel has not allowed relief supplies to be brought into Gaza since March. It says the move is meant to prevent Hamas from taking the deliveries. 

The group said it was only able to provide around 100 people with food on that day. The leader of the group said it will have to close the food distribution site within days. The leader added that people may start collapsing in the streets and in their homes, as the markets do not have any goods.
