The second people’s parliament convened its 2nd day of 11th regular session on Tuesday. First, the speaker of people’s parliament announced the number of members comprised of the Letters of Complaint and Appeal Committee, the nominees of committee chair and secretary, the responsibilities, authority, entitlement and term of the committee.
During the question and reply section, 6 representatives raised the questions including expansion of electricity supply, upgrading of road transportation and granting of land plot for the industrial entrepreneurs.
18 representatives discussed the move put by the representative of Thaton constituency, encouraging the union government to implement a systematic urban planning by developing pastureland, vacant, fallow and virgin land across the country to fulfill the requirement of accommodation for the increasing population.
