Peace Talks: NSPNC and RCSS hold meeting

A peace talks between the National Solidarity and Peacemaking Negotiation Committee (NSPNC) and the Restoration Council of Shan State (RCSS) was held at the National Solidarity and Peacemaking Center in Nay Pyi Taw on Tuesday.

The meeting was attended by Secretary of NSPNC Lt-Gen Win Bo Shein and Committee members, RCSS Secretary-1 Sao Sai Ngin, Central Executive Committee Member Sao Saung Han and  Central Leading Committee Member Sao Sai Han.

At the meeting, they discussed the facts to be amended from 2008 Constitution, implementations of the agreed facts in the previous meetings, plan to hold a peace conference, regional stability, drug elimination, development and providing humanitarian aid.  And then, the first day session was adjourned and the meeting will be continued on 12th July.
