Peace Process: NSPNC meets with NCA Signatory EAOs

National Soliderity and Peacemaking Negotiation Committee (NSPNC) convened a meeting with representatives from NCA-signatory EAOs at National Reconciliation and Peacemaking Center in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday.

The meeting was attended by Union Minster for Border Affairs and Chairman of the committee Lt-Gen Tun Tun Naung and committee members, representatives from NCA-signatory EAOs U KhunOakkar, Chairman of Arakan Liberation Party Saw Mra Raza Lin,Head of Relations Department of the Democratic Karen Buddhist Army Saw Kyaw Than Htay,  member of Central Executive Committee under the KNU/KNLA Peace Council Saw MaungMaung,Vice Chairman of Lahu Democratic Union KyarPhu,member of Central Executive Committee under New Mon State Party Naing Aung Mangy , joint-secretary (1) from Pa-Oh National Liberation Organization U Khun Min Thein and officials.

After delivering speeches by the Union Minister and the Chairman of Arakan Liberation Party, Secretary of the (NSPNC) Lt-Gen Min Naing clarified the agenda of the meeting. During the meeting, they made discussion relating to provision of humanitarian access and regional development. Then, the meeting was concluded by delivering closing remarks by the Union Minister and the Chairman of Arakan Liberation Party.
