Paying Farewell Call: Sri Lankan Ambassador paid farewell call to MoH UM

Union Minister for Health Dr. ThetKhaing Win receivedMr. J.M.J.P. Bandara Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, who has completed his tour of duty in Myanmar at the reception hall of the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw in the morning on 3rd March.

At the call, Sri Lanka ambassador to Myanmar expressed words of thanks to the Prime Minister, Ministry of Health and Myanmar people for providing medicines and medical equipment worth 1.5 million USD by Myanmar to the Sri Lanka encountered a difficult time and the two sides cordially exchanged views on the enhancement of bilateral cooperation in health sector especially in public health sector, traditional medical sector and private healthcare sector, exchanges of health and educational experiences and knowledge and the continuation of cooperation in the future.

After the meeting, the Union Minister and Sri Lanka Ambassador exchanged memorable gifts.
