Paul Kagame inaugurated president for a 4th term

Thousands of Rwandans attend President Paul Kagame's inauguration ceremony in a packed 45,000-seat stadium in the capital Kigali. Rwandan strongman has been sworn in for a fourth term, after securing more than 99 percent of the vote in last month's election.

Several dozen heads of state and other dignitaries from African nations joined the inauguration ceremony, where many were dressed in the green, yellow and blue colors of the Rwandan national flag.
