Party & State leaders donate to flood-hit communities

On the morning of November 24, Viet Nam’s Party and State leaders held a minute of silence for victims of recent floods in the Central and Central Highlands regions before launching a donation drive at the Central Committee headquarters. The tribute took place just ahead of the national conference reviewing inspection and disciplinary work for 2025 and the 13th National Party Congress term.

As of late November 23, severe flooding had left 102 people dead or missing, including 91 confirmed deaths, with economic losses estimated at nearly 500 million USD. Immediately after the memorial, party and state leaders contributed donations to support affected families.
