Parts of Hong Kong were brought to a standstill by flooding caused by heavy rains on Tuesday, after the highest-tier rainstorm warning was issued for the fourth time in eight days. 355.7 millimetres of rainfall were recorded at the Observatory's Headquarters on Tuesday, the weather bureau said. The forecaster predicts unstable weather on Tuesday and Wednesday, with showers weakening on Thursday.
