Parliamentary Cooperation : Meeting with the National Assembly President

Cambodia National Assembly President Mrs. Samdech Khuon Sundary paid a courtesy call on President U Min Aung Hlaing at the Cambodia National Assembly Building in Phnom Penh on Friday.

The meeting discussed matters on achievement on signing MoUs between the two countries, Myanmar’s current efforts for national development, sending of election observation teams from Cambodia to Myanmar during the election and successfully holding 2025 Multi-party democracy general election in Myanmar.

They also cordially exchanged views on parliamentary cooperation between the two countries by forming Myanmar-Cambodia Parliamentary Friendship Team, Myanmar’s efforts to promote relations among neighbouring countries and ASEAN member states, efforts on women and youth sector development in Myanmar and strengthening future cooperation between the two nations.
