Parade celebrates Diversity Day approval in Chile

A massive march flocked the streets of downtown Santiago on Saturday with multi coloured flags. The march marks days after Chile's congress officially recognized 16 November as National Diversity Day.

The Senate approved the law, promoted by the Movement for Homosexual Integration and Liberation. The LGBTIQA+ collective has been commemorating it since 2002. According to organizers, 100,000 people attended the XV edition of the "Santiago Parade, March for Equality".
