Pan Khin Project: Issuance of NRCs to temporary migrants

Union Minister for Immigration and Population U Myint Kyaing on Saturday visited the KaNaung Hall in Hlaingthaya (East) Township of Yangon Region. There, the Union Minister oversaw issuance of household lists and National Registration Cards (NRCs) to temporary migrants under the Pan Khin Project and heard report from concerned officials.
And, the Union Minister instructed the concerned officials to ensure that data is correct and properly matched with the data in the e-ID Server for the NRC issuance.
The Union Minister also oversaw Biographic and Biometric collection process through the e-ID system and issuance of 10-digit Unique Identity Number (UID). In this program in Hlaingthaya (East) Township, 70 household lists and 110 National Registration Cards were issued together with the 10-digit Unique Identity Number.
