Pakistan says ceasefire violations discussed with India

Pakistan and India have discussed ceasefire violations in Indian-administered Kashmir in a weekly call, the country's army spokesman Lieutenant General told a press conference, adding that the details of the routine call are not usually made public.

Already frosty relations between the nuclear-armed neighbours have plummeted further since New Delhi blamed its arch-rival Pakistan for an assault on tourists in Pahalgam in Kashmir, the deadliest attack on civilians there in a quarter of a century.
