Pagoda festival opened: Bago Region Chief Minister opened the ceremony

The opening ceremony of 2611th anniversary of the pagoda festival of ShweHsan Taw Pagoda in Pyay Township of Bago Region was held in the morning on October 31st at the pagoda platform and the Chief Minister of Bago Region U MyoSwe attended and opened the ceremony.

First, the Chief Minister, region ministers and commander of regional operational command (Pyay) opened the ceremony by cutting the ceremonial ribbon.

Next, the chief minister, regional/district/township level departmental officials and well wishers offered rice provision and offertories to 108 invited members of Sangha, it’s reported.
