Outstanding Futsal Players: Awarding ceremony of futsal tournament held

The closing ceremony of futsal referee training course was held in conjunction with the final match and awarding ceremony of futsal tournament at Naung Ra Futsal Stadium in Sitapu Ward, Myitkyina on Sunday.

The event was jointly conducted by the Kachin State Selected Team Old Star of Myitkyina District Sports and Physical Education Department and the State Futsal Sub-Committee for development of Futsal Sport technique.

Patron of the Kachin State Futsal Committee U La Aung explained the aim of holding the invitational futsal tournament and opening the futsal referee training course in cooperation with the referees of the Myanmar Futsal Federation.

The Chief Justice of the State High Court, the State Ministers and officials enjoyed the final match of futsal tournament.

At the event, Naung Ra FC beat PURE FC 8:4. It was followed by awarding ceremony where officials presented awards and cash to the best players and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd winning teams.

The State Futsal Sub-Committee held the Futsal invitation tournament and the referee training course for the development of Futsal sport technique in the State, emergence of the athletes and nurturing systematic referees.

Similarly, Kachin State Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan together with the State Ministers and officials inspected beautifying and landscaping of the shade trees in the Myitkyina airport and called for greening and neat and tidy at the airport and fulfilled the needs.
