Orders No.55, 56, 58/ 2023: Permission for retirement and duty transfer

The State Administration Council (SAC) issued Order No. 55/2023 on Wednesday, concerning the granting retirement.

It stated that according to Section 419 of the Constitution, members of the State Administration Council U Maung Ko and Dr Aung Kyaw Min were granted permission to retire from their duties.

The council also issued Order No. 56/2023, and SAC member Dr Kyaw Tun was transferred and assigned as the member of the Central Advisory Board of the State Administration Council.

Likewise, according to Order No.58/2023, the council granted permission to retire Union Chief Justice U Tun Tun Oo due to health condition.

The orders were signed by Secretary of the State Administration Council Lt-Gen Aung Lin Dwe.
