Order Nos.45/46/47/2023: Transfer and appointment of Deputy Ministers

The State Administration Council of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar issued Order No.45/2023 on Friday.

According to Section 419 of the Constitution, Dr. Soe Win, Deputy Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs was transfered and appointed as the Deputy Minister at the Office of the State Administration Council’s Chairman.

Likewise, the SAC issued Order No.46/2023 and U Zin Min Htet was appointed as the Deputy Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs according to Section 419 of the Constitution.

According to Order No.47/2023, Lt-Gen Ni Lin Aung was appointed as Deputy Minister for Home Affairs concurrently as the Chief of Myanmar Police Force. The Orders were signed by Lt-Gen Aung Lin Dwe, Secretary of the State Administration Council.
