Order No.55/2024: Enactment of the Law Amending the Trusts Act

The State Administration Council issued Order No.55/2024 on September 19th regarding the Law Amending the Trusts Act. According to the Section 419 of the Constitution, the amendment was made with the additional Sub-section 3(a) of the law. The order was signed by Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, Chairman of the State Administration Council.
