Order No.46/2024: Appointment of the Judge for Supreme Court of the Union

The State Administration Council issued an Order No.46/2024 on Saturday, regarding the appointment of the Judge for Supreme Court of the Union. According to Section 419 of the Constitution, the council appointed Dr Ko Ko Naing as the Judge of the Supreme Court of the Union. The order was signed by Lt-Gen Aung Lin Dwe, Secretary of the State Administration Council.
