Order No.44/2024: Appointment of judges at the region and state high court

The State Administration Council issued Order No.44/2024 on Wednesday regarding the appointment of judges at the region and state high court.

According to Section 419 of the constitution, the council appointed four judges at the High Courts of Kachin and Mon State and Sagaing and Bago Regions. The order was signed by Lt-Gen Aung Lin Dwe, Secretary of the State Administration Council.
