Order No.27/2024: Implementation of Public Military Service Law scheduled

The State Administration Council issued Order No.27/2024 on Saturday, detailing the commencement date for the Public Military Service Law, according to Section 1(b) of the Law.

Originally enacted by the State Peace and Development Council in 2010 through Order No.27/2010, this law is set to take effect from the 10th of February 2024. The order was signed by Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, Chairman of the State Administration Council.
