Order No. 30/2023: Prison sentence reduction, amnesty and deportation

The State Administration Council issued the Order No. 30/2023 on the 17th of April.

The Order states that Chairman of the State Administration Council granted prison sentence reduction, amnesty and deportation to 5 citizens of Sri Lanka as a gesture for the auspicious Myanmar New Year period, and in the concept of humanitarian ground according to the Section 401, Sub-Section (1) of the Criminal Code of Law. The Order was signed by Secretary of the State Administration Council Lt-Gen Aung Lin Dwe.
