Order No. 28/2023: SAC Chairman grants amnesty to 3,015 prisoners

The State Administration Council issued the Order No. 28/2023 on the 17th of April.

The Order states that Chairman of the State Administration Council granted amnesty to 3,015 prisoners as a gesture for the auspicious Myanmar New Year period, and in the concept of humanitarian ground according to the Section 401, Sub-Section(1) of the Criminal Code of Law. The Order was signed by Secretary of the State Administration Council Lt-Gen Aung Lin Dwe.
