Order No. 113/2023: Wunna Kyawhtin Title to Russian Ambassador

The State Administration Council issued the Order 113/2023 on the 26th of June.

It states that Chairman of the State Administration Council presented the Wunna Kyawhtin Title to the Russian Ambassador to Myanmar H.E. Dr. Nikolay LISTOPADOV for his outstanding performance for friendly cooperation between the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the Russian Federation.

The Order was signed by Chairman of the State Administration Council Senior General Min Aung Hlaing.
